Cash drawers and receipt printers are shipped separately, out of California or Florida, from your SOS software. They’re generally shipped day of order or next business day. Tracking information will be provided via email. White Light Computing is NOT responsible for hardware malfunction or installation of printers. We do our best to assist you getting SOS set up with your printer/cash drawer, but outside factors such as incompatible or faulty hardware when not using the models purchased through us are out of our hands.
